3. Service Tiers & Advertisements

IteraMERN is offered in two tiers: a Free Tier and a Premium Tier. The Free Tier is funded through advertisements served by Google AdMob. By utilizing the Free Tier, you consent to the display of these advertisements. The Premium Tier offers an ad-free experience, offline practice quizzes, and unrestricted offline curriculum access.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

IteraMERN Premium offers Monthly ($2.99/month) and Yearly ($19.99/year) subscription plans (prices may vary based on region and are subject to change). Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. If you cancel, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for purchases are managed directly by Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property & Ecosystem Ownership

All original content, learning roadmaps, structural designs, and branding associated with IteraMERN and the wider IteraTrail ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform creators. Users are granted a limited license to access this content for personal, non-commercial educational use. Reproducing, scraping, or redistributing our curriculum without permission is prohibited.

7. Responsible Usage

Users are expected to use the platform responsibly. Any attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the application, or exploit bugs will result in immediate termination of access. We foster a clean, developer-focused environment and expect our users to uphold professional standards.
